SCOTCH PLAINS—Watermarc Graphics has purchased an Inca Spyder 320 flatbed ink-jet printer that can print four colors, plus two UV colors and two hits of white. To complement it, the company also bought a Kongsberg I-XL I-Cut.

ALBUQUERQUE—TPSi, a digital document delivery company headquartered in Tulsa, OK, has opened a new facility here. TPSi recently signed a contract with PNM Resources to produce and mail more than 650,000 monthly bills for its customers.
