Robert Sternau, former manager of sales and marketing at CGI North America, has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president of sales at Mahwah, NJ-based Ramsey Press.

Signature Offset, Boulder, CO, has named David Mercier as director of sales and marketing. Mercier comes to Signature from Swift Communications, where he served as advertising director of the Summit Daily News in Frisco, CO. The company also hired Kim Grace as its newest outside sales rep, responsible for the company’s Colorado territory, which also covers parts of four other states.
