Adding another facet to its sustainability credentials, Mohawk Fine Papers has converted its fleet of five trucks to run on a biodiesel fuel mix. Using biodiesel substantially reduces the production of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and particulate matter compared to emissions from petroleum diesel. It also cuts production of sulfur oxides and sulfates by approximately 20 percent.
