Spiral Binding has acquired the James Burn North America division of James Burn International. Now referred to as James Burn USA, the operation manufactures wire and coil bindings in Poughkeepsie, NY, and Atlanta.

On Demand Machinery has received approval to place the CE mark (officially, CE marking) on its Casemaking System, Sticker, Smasher and Super Sewer products. The designation signifies that the machines meet all the essential manufacturing requirements of the European Economic Area.
