Canadian Printers Merge
MONTREAL—Phipps Dickson and Integria, a pair of commercial printers based in Quebec, have agreed to merge. The new company, Phipps Dickson Integria, will have 200-plus employees and sales exceeding C$40 million. Phipps Dickson, of LaSalle, Quebec, provides premedia and print production services. Saint-Laurent, Quebec-based Integria serves the United States and Canada.
