RRD Nets Office Depot Pact
CHICAGO—RR Donnelley (RRD) has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar agreement by Office Depot, a global supplier of office products and services. Under the terms of the agreement, which renews and expands the two companies' existing relationship, RR Donnelley will provide a range of production and related services for catalogs and direct mail.
Cenveo Sells Forms Business
STAMFORD, CT—Cenveo Inc. has sold its Forms and Business Documents Group to Ennis Inc., a manufacturer of printed business products and apparel headquartered in Midlothian, TX. The divestiture of the group, including the Printegra and PrintXcel brands, to Ennis is expected to better position that business for continued growth and success. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combined annual sales of PrintXcel and Printegra are said to total approximately $80 million.
Lifetouch to Add 100 Jobs

CGX Plant Adds VLF Press
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO—Annan & Bird Lithographers, a Consolidated Graphics (CGX) company, has purchased a six-color, 64˝ Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 162 VLF sheetfed press. It features Prinect Inpress Control, in-line color measurement and control, as well as an aqueous coater. The large- format offset press is slated to be installed this spring.
Concord Litho Expands
CONCORD, NH—Direct mail design, strategy and printing specialist Concord Litho recently underwent a 40,000-square-foot expansion to house new mailing capabilities, including data processing, continuous form lasering, inkjetting and insertion. The lettershop allows it to handle all aspects of the mail production cycle under one roof, lowering costs, adding flexibility and reducing turnaround times.
NPG Printing Reduces Staff
ST. JOSEPH, MO—NPG Printing, a member of the News-Press & Gazette Co., is eliminating 21 positions and will cut back on the number of shifts at its production facility, the Associated Press reported. The cutback, which leaves the firm with 51 employees, was prompted by the loss of a publishing deal and the closure of a newspaper.
