Heidelberger Druckmaschinen has acquired Belgian MIS software specialist CERM, with plans to launch and sell CERM's existing portfolio worldwide and integrate it into the Prinect production workflow system.

At Fujifilm's Graphic Systems Div., Matt Sisson is the new marketing 
manager for the commercial printing market. He previously served in the same division for 11 years as a digital sales specialist in the Chicago area.
