Mars is a veteran of the printing service industry and was the owner of a successful printing company for 20 years in South Florida. He also served as a consultant to over 500 printing companies in the U.S. and Canada. Mars has a confirmed track record of leading companies through innovation and execution to sustained profitability. As the recent director of business development of BCT, Mars has implemented a number of new programs to revitalize the company and move it into the future.
