I agree wholeheartedly that the printing industry still faces major challenges. . .a perception by mainstream media that our future is bleak, the lack of young people entering the industry, environmental concerns, our high cost of capitalization, rising postal and paper costs, commodity pricing and more. But, with a rich heritage that dates back to Gutenberg himself in 1440, we’ve always been able to overcome whatever adversity, and sea change, that lies before us. With the forecast of potentially dark economic clouds on the horizon, a little shared optimism and positive thinking will go a long way to riding out the storm. Keep the faith that we’ll all get to view the colorful rainbow which often follows. PI
