PRINTING United User Experience Changes Landscape of Traditional Meetings and Events
PRINTING United User Experience (PRINTING United UX), a new, multi-faceted event experience powered by PRINTING United, will make its debut alongside PRINTING United 2020 at the Georgia World Congress Center Oct. 21-23. PRINTING United UX is part of a three-tiered model that allows companies to maximize their investments in PRINTING United and BRAND United by hosting a complete packaged event/meeting alongside the event that has changed the face of the printing industry.
PRINTING United just held its inaugural show in Dallas from Oct. 23-25, where industry professionals representing all market segments came together under one roof to experience educational sessions and next-level technology and product debuts on a sold-out show floor.
BRAND United took place concurrently with PRINTING United on the first two days of the expo. This comprehensive program was designed specifically to further educate designers, print buyers, marketers and agencies about various omnichannel strategies and the innovative print technologies that can be implemented at each stage of the customer journey to create a united brand experience.
PRINTING United President Mark J. Subers, and newly-appointed EVP, Business Development, Frank Tueckmantel, are leading the development and execution of the highly sought-after PRINTING United UX model. The new platform will provide OEMs, industry groups and associations with a comprehensive, end-to-end customer engagement offering to fully maximize their on-site experience before, during and after PRINTING United.
“We had preliminary conversations during PRINTING United and were met with great interest and enthusiasm, so we are confident that we are onto something compelling here,” said Subers.
“PRINTING United UX was created to meet market demand from companies looking to maximize their success and reach during PRINTING United and BRAND United,” he added. “We quickly recognized that companies are already spending a lot of time perfecting all aspects of their trade show presence, but they also want to reach out and engage customers on a personal level – and they don’t necessarily have the bandwidth to do it all. This program allows companies to leverage the platform so they can host an incredible event and concentrate on their expo floor experience while our team does the heavy lifting.”
“White Glove” Event Management Service and Early VIP PRINTING United Access
PRINTING United UX covers the complete meeting/event package -- speakers, entertainment, food and beverage, transportation, event space -- participating companies can focus on their audience messaging.
Of significant value, those attending the PRINTING UX will have early, VIP access to PRINTING United on opening day. With the tens of thousands of attendees waiting to get onto the show floor, each participating organization be able to lead their group on the floor, allowing them to explore the technologies before the doors open to the regular attendees. This allows participating exhibitors to maximize the significant investment they have made in their booth experience and provide unprecedented access to key executives and highly sought-after technology, all for an intimate group.
“PRINTING United UX is the PRINTING United and BRAND United user experience platform that enables our partners, exhibitors, attendees and key stakeholders to hold an impressive meeting adjacent to the show and expand their ROI for the week during these high-impact events,” says Tueckmantel. “We have built a thorough, engaging model that will allow those participating to focus on what is most important – their customers. Each event will be seamless and awe-inspiring, with specialized components for all market segments.”
