In the program, PFL promised to donate $20 to charity every time an employee fixed something that caused friction or pain for customers. For a truly remarkable fix—something that significantly improved the customer experience—it donated $100.
“We are very fortunate to run our business from one of the country’s most beautiful areas here in Montana,” says Field. “By going that extra step to help customers receive the best services possible with the Semper Fix program, we could also help our wounded veterans take advantage of this peaceful, natural setting to heal and relax. And we’d also like to thank one of our partners, Unisource, for donating $1,000 towards this cause.”
