CLEVELAND - December 5, 2018 - Proforma, the second-largest printing and promotional products distributor in North America, announced the January 2019 pre-release of ProVision2, a new business management technology platform providing owners with powerful business insights, metrics and efficient order entry.
Proforma has invested more than $10 million over the past three years developing ProVision2, which has been in the beta phase for the past two years. To date, Proforma has close to 10% of its annualized sales on ProVision2.
“The technology behind ProVision2 is unprecedented in our industry,” said Vera Muzzillo, Proforma’s CEO. “The goal for ProVision2 is to make our owners the most successful in the industry by allowing them to sell more and make more money in less time. Our team has worked hand-in-hand with our owners and supplier partners to create a system that builds strong businesses while providing efficient processes and powerful metrics reporting.”
Current Proforma owners who have been using the system for the past year, all of whom are members of Proforma’s Million/Multi-Million Dollar Club, have reported more than a 20% increase in annualized sales and more than a 17% increase in gross profit margins (6.5 points).
“With results like these, it pays money to be a member of Proforma, rather than costing money,” said Muzzillo. “Our owners all agree that ProVision2 is driving results through streamlined workflow processes, improved system integrations and real-time business reporting.”
ProVision2 provides owners with a 360-degree view of their business and presents information in a way that inspires and enables better decision making at all levels.
“Bottom line is ProVision2 empowers us to easily increase sales and gross profit while decreasing overhead costs,” said Mike and Gidget Tracy of Proforma Brand Proformance and members of Proforma’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.
Proforma will host VIP presentations of ProVision2 for qualified industry professionals at ASI Orlando (Jan. 3-5) and PPAI EXPO in Las Vegas (Jan. 13-17) in addition to select cities throughout 2019. For more information, click here.
