Proforma Marcom Solutions Acquires Springfield, MA-Based Eastern Advertising Novelty

MARLBORO, MA—November 10, 2014—Proforma Marcom Solutions, a provider of brand management solutions based here, has merged with Eastern Advertising Novelty based in Springfield, MA. The new company, now called Eastern Advertising Novelty powered by Proforma, will offer marketing services to include multimedia services, e-commerce Websites, commercial printing, mobile marketing, as well as other services, reported the Telegram & Gazette.

The original staff at Eastern Advertising Novelty will remain employed at the new company, according to the newspaper.

Proforma has reported more than $400 million in sales, providing promotional products, printing services, business documents and e-commerce solutions for its clients. Proforma serves over 50,000 clients through more than 750 member offices worldwide, including North America and Europe.
