Proforma Owner, Mike Anderman, of Proforma123, has secured a $1 million contract for a large regionalized health care organization with more than 50 locations throughout the mid-west and eastern regions of the United States.
Anderman worked with Proforma’s North American Major Accounts Team and their vast network of key supplier partners to develop the response to an RFP that included providing promotional products and direct mail services to all 50 clinic locations to support their ongoing patient recruitment efforts, health clinics and employment fairs.
“It took about two years to earn the opportunity to work with this senior directed health care organization,” said Mike Anderman, Owner of Proforma123. “But once we were accepted to respond in the RFP process, I knew that we could win the business with the help of Proforma’s North American Major Accounts Team and our Preferred Supplier Network.”
In addition to winning the promotional product and direct mail services for the organization, Anderman now has an opportunity to develop an online eCommerce solution that will integrate directly with the company’s ERP system. “One of the key factors in our winning the contract was our ability to provide a website that could be integrated into the customer’s site providing them with direct access to a variety of standard and specialized items,” said Anderman. “Being a part of the Proforma network provides us with access to resources whose capabilities far exceed those of our competitors which helped us win this added piece of the business.”
Only Proforma offers resources and programs that provide an incomparable advantage to its distributor members. “Proforma has the best technology and resources available in the industry, from coaching to back office support and access to our impressive supplier partner network. That combined with the efforts of our North American Major Accounts Team gives us the edge in opportunities such as this,” said Greg Muzzillo, Founder of Proforma.
