Proforma Rolling Out a $5-Million Global Enterprise Solutions Platform
CLEVELAND, OH—Sept. 26, 2012—Proforma is excited to announce the completion of its three-year, $5 million investment in developing an enterprise solutions technology platform. Beta users of the program have garnered more than 300 mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients, providing end-to-end enterprise business solutions, and generating more than $75 million in annual sales.
Proforma expects the new initiative, now available to all franchise owners, to increase its enterprise accounts to 1,000 major clients and more than $250 million in enterprise solutions sales by 2015. The organization expects its total sales to exceed $750 million by 2015, including both transactional and enterprise solutions accounts.

Proforma has invested more than $5 million in cutting-edge technology upgrades to help streamline business-to-cash management systems, develop a state-of-the-art ERP system and integrate advanced CRM techniques. Substantial breakthroughs have been made in advancing third-party lead-generation and bidding opportunities by integrating Proforma’s system with Ariba, SAP, Oracle, EDI Interchanges and more.
To support the rollout of the global enterprise solutions platform, Proforma has entered into an exclusive agreement with a leading global sales performance consulting group with clients that include many blue chip business-to-business sales organizations. This consulting group works with clients on six continents to assist them in strengthening their marketplace differentiation, creating competitive advantages and focusing on value verse price.
The consulting group’s work with Proforma will include coaching the Support Center Business Development Leadership Team and top performing owners, offering sales consulting services and hands-on real time opportunity coaching all built around an end-to-end process for selling and managing enterprise solutions at the highest level.
Additionally, to support owners selling at the highest level, Proforma is conducting a search for a chief sales officer to join its executive team. This new position will help franchise owners build their businesses with global enterprise solutions clients and other growth strategies.
