Promatch Solutions Announces the Acquisition of Greyden Press
DAYTON, OH—03/09/06—Promatch Solutions, LLC of announces they have purchased the assets and trade name of Greyden Press and JK Digital Publishing, LLC. Greyden Press, located in Columbus, Ohio was founded in the early 1990’s and is a $1+ million provider of prepress services, digital print, binding and fulfillment services primarily to the scientific and technical publishing market on a national basis. Greyden Press offers a fully integrated digital production process designed to take a variety of publisher’s source material and create all the printed and digital products needed to meet today’s market demands.
Promatch Solutions utilizes state-of-the-art digital technology to produce the highest quality black and white and color printing solutions for their clients. The Promatch team has extensive experience in the publishing industry to help clients assemble high quality bound documents and printed materials. With the addition of Greyden Press, Promatch Solutions will gain significant synergies in their streamlined production process, grow into a new niche market in the scientific and technical publishing industry and expand their short run perfect bind, coil and binder publication offerings to include hard case books, and CD and DVD replication.
The 10,000 square foot Greyden Press facility has been consolidated into the Promatch Solutions’ facility on Arbor Boulevard in Moraine, Ohio.
