Quad Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

John C. Fowler has been promoted to vice chairman and executive vice president, responsible for global strategic planning and business development. He will continue to be intimately involved in day-to-day operations, but with a concentrated focus on overall business strategy and investment opportunities that will drive the company’s long-term success. Fowler, currently executive vice president and CFO, has been the company’s top financial officer since joining the company in 1980. Fowler's transition from his CFO duties is part of a long-planned succession strategy by the company.
