Quark Software Names Chris Hickey CEO

DENVER - January 29, 2019 - Quark Software Inc., a sales enablement, content automation and desktop publishing company, announced that senior technology executive Chris Hickey has been named CEO. Hickey joins Quark from cloud-based data services firm RingLead, where as CEO he quintupled company valuation by increasing market adoption and driving revenue growth.

Interim CEO Victor Shepherd has been promoted to the position of Chairman of the Board for Quark.
