Ricoh Americas Announces Organizational Changes

Matthew J. Espe is named Chairman and CEO of Ricoh Americas Corp., with responsibility for Ricoh Americas Corp. operations in North, Central and South America, including its subsidiary, IKON Office Solutions, Inc. Espe joined IKON in 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer and became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2003. During this time, Espe developed and executed IKON’s strategy to improve operational excellence, strengthen efficiencies and enhance its document management offerings, and successfully led IKON through its acquisition by Ricoh Americas Corporation in 2008.
