Rollem to Show Diecutting, Packaging, Labels, Mail, Slitting Apps at Graph Expo

ANAHEIM, Calif. — September 12, 2016 — At Graph Expo 16, coming Sept. 25-28 to the Orange County Convention Center-North in Orlando, Fla.,  Rollem International (Booth # 2549) will feature smart finishing solutions, including diecutting, packaging, labels, and mail and slitting applications.

Insignia Diecutter 
The Insignia5, a leader in the new category of sheetfed flexo-magnetic diecutters will be featured at Graph Expo showing multiple demonstrations — diecutting, kiss cutting and creasing of label sheets, shaped photo cards and direct mail products. XY Cutter and Collator Converts HP 10000 Press Sheets Into Decks of Cards
The Jetstream+Auto-Collator, automated XY Cutter/Collator efficiently and economically converts multiple-up products into sets. Sheets are trimmed, slit, scored, perforated and cut, all in one pass. Mailstream is a automated mail finishing system for print providers requiring an economical finishing solution for mid-volume runs. This system applies NINE processes in one system to convert press sheets into mail ready products all in one pass.

Processes include all of the following:  trims, slits, scores, perforates — applies tip-on cards, remoist and hot glue, cold glue for three sided closure and mailing. Ideal for medium-run direct mail finishing at an economical price point.
