ANAHEIM, Calif. — February 27, 2017 — Rollem’s New Insignia6 Sheetfed flexo-magnetic Die Cutter featuring a 20x20” sheet capacity will be shown live offering demonstrations including tuck and fold cosmetic boxes that are die cut and scored at speeds up to 5,000 sph. Just one of the unique features of this new model is the ability to feed the sheet from both landscape or portrait directions providing maximum space for image impositions. The IS6 is the third and latest addition to the Insignia line of die cutters which includes the IS5 digital model with a 20x15” capacity along with the larger format IS7 model with a 30x24” sheet size. Visitors will see live demonstrations of various popular applications along with die changeovers and education provided by Kevin Corwin, Product Manager of the Insignia Series.
Also featured in Rollem’s Dscoop exhibit will be the wider format Jetstream featuring a 30” sheet capacity which will convert a 20x28” sheet of 8-up postcards. Sheets of cards are trimmed, slit, and perforated delivering promotional postcards with tear-off business cards. Folder/gluer units are available for either of these system for one step finishing production. Other Rollem systems include the Mailstream for direct mail finishing, the Revolution for high volume card converting and the Durselen line of automated paper drilling machines.
