The demo will feature the IS6 processing decals of pressure-sensitive stock, which will include not only diecutting the shaped decal, but the simultaneous back-slitting with the automatic stripping of the matrix to deliver precisely finished decals all in one process.
Rollem’s automated finishing demonstrations include the following:
- The Champion SS delivering precision kisscutting on all types of pressure-sensitive stocks for decals, warning labels, and stickers. The demo model is 18" wide, but the SS is available in sizes up to 48" in width.
- The Jetstream XY bi-directional slit, score, and perf system converts multiple-up postcards, direct mail, and business card sheets at unrivalled speeds. The show demonstration is configured as a Mailstream system to show automated finishing of direct mail sheets.

View a 2-up embellished direct mail sheet as it is 4-sided trimmed, chased, scored, T-perforated, and folded, in one uninterrupted process. The most automated method for sheetfed finishing of direct mail.
Rollem will also features the Champion 990 economical slitting, scoring, and micro-perforating model ideal for shorter volume runs.
