X-Rite Names Ron Voigt as New President

GRAND RAPIDS, MI—January 31, 2013—X-Rite Inc., a Danaher Corporation company, today announced that Ron Voigt has been named president of the operating company. Related to this announcement, Tom Vacchiano announced his retirement as president of X-Rite, effective on March 1, 2013. For a smooth leadership transition and strong focused start to the year, Vacchiano will immediately take on an advisory role.
