Royle Printing Adds Sunday Web Press, Saddlestitchers
SUN PRAIRIE, WI—July 21, 2011—Royle Printing is growing and has purchased new equipment, expanding its capabilities. The company combines high-quality and efficient print manufacturing with mailing and distribution services to the publishing and catalog markets.
Royle has purchased an additional Goss Sunday 2000 web press with a 57" wide format and gapless technology. The press complements an existing Sunday press that was installed in 2008.
Royle has also expanded its bindery and mailing operations with the installation of two high-speed Harris saddlestitching systems, both equipped with in-line mailing and personalization features. The stitchers are a necessary complement to the expanded press capacity, allowing Royle to continue to offer distribution services and flexibility to its customers.
In addition, Royle has partnered with Technique MIS to install a new ERP system. This system will play an important role in helping Royle streamline internal process control while enhancing customer communications and workflows.
“Despite some very difficult economic times, we’ve manage to stay focused on servicing our clients and have grown the business in recent years,” commented Chris Carpenter, owner and president of Royle Printing. “These investments are necessary for us to continue to deliver great experiences to our clients, including quick turn-around times and flexible schedules.
“Of course, none of this would be possible if we didn’t have such a talented and committed group of team members, which we’re looking to expand over the next year. We feel very fortunate to be in a position of growth.”
