Donnelley, Vertis Secure Print Pacts

CHICAGO—RR Donnelley has been awarded a multi-year agreement to provide enterprise-wide promotional and marketing collateral materials to Eisai Inc. An on-site RR Donnelley service team will coordinate print production that draws on the company's commercial printing, direct mail, digital printing and other resources.

Eisai (pronounced a-zi) is a U.S. pharmaceutical subsidiary of Tokyo-based Eisai Co., a research-based human health care company that discovers, develops and markets products throughout the world.

In another deal, Baltimore-based Vertis Communications has extended its current three-year contract with Slumberland Furniture for an additional four years. Vertis will provide 100 percent of Slumberland's advertising insert production, color engineering and shipping needs. The furniture company has 120 retail stores in 11 states.
