RRD Combines MN Plants; Purchases Grafikom Assets

In other Donnelley news, the company has purchased the former Grafikom MIL operation in Toronto and other equipment from various Grafikom facilities in Canada. Donnelley has entered into a definitive agreement with RSM Richter, the court-appointed receiver, to acquire the property once held by the former Quebecor World spinoff. The deal is expected to close within two weeks.
