RRD Integrates Complementary Offerings Into Singular Platform

Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD), a leading global provider of marketing and business communications, today announced that it has unified its Content and Creative Services (CCS) and Global Outsourcing (GO) capabilities to expand and streamline offerings for clients. By aligning these capabilities, the Company will be able to better address client needs through a single, centralized global resource platform for creative communications, managed services, transaction processing, and intelligent digital solutions.

Kiran Shankar, previously responsible for the delivery of RRD’s Global Outsourcing offering, will lead the RRD GO Creative team. Shankar has been with RRD for over 20 years and has deep operational expertise across creative production, global operations, and developing innovative new digital solutions. Andrew Lewkowicz, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, will lead the North American sales and operations platform, and Kaushik Sarawgi, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, will lead the Asia Pacific sales and operations platform for the newly formed group.
