Lincoln Shields, a subsidiary of Black Mountain Investment Company, acquired a majority stake in Runbeck Election Services on August 18, 2023. The key component of the transaction sees Runbeck Election Services receiving growth capital to expand its services and offerings. Runbeck Election Services company leadership will remain the same.
