Schober to Introduce Sheetline Rotary Sheetfed Conerter at drupa
FAIRFIELD, OH—April 23, 2012—Schober will feature its latest innovation at in Hall 11, Stand C06 at drupa: Sheetline rotary sheet fed converting technology. The converting station is equipped with vacuum controlled rotary tools and a unique gripper sheet guiding system to ensure high-precision finishing of pre-printed sheets. The Sheetline is designed for a sheet size of 42x30˝ and a film thickness starting at 50 μ.
Products are separated from the matrix immediately after the cutting process and redirected to a stacker by a conveyor belt. Proven product stackers such as the M-Stack, Star-Stack or V-Stack (stacking using robotics) are available options. Magnetic dies guarantee short set-up time as well as the high productivity, even for short production runs. High functionality and availability, flexibility and accuracy allow the Sheetline to function well in diverse applications.

RFID technology will also be on display. In addition, the Sheetline SL 106, and advanced Rotary Sheet Fed Converting Machine will also be introduced.
