Scodix to Open New Consumables and Spare Parts Warehouse in Chicago
CHICAGO—February 19, 2013—Scodix announced today that it will open a new warehouse in Chicago with distribution operations to begin March 10th. The new warehouse further accelerates distribution turnaround times of consumables and spare parts for North and South American customers, and will be managed by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

Dror Danai, vice president of business at Scodix, said the move by Scodix is part of efforts by the company to provide a faster service and support to the company customers in the Americas. “Scodix customers will be able to order and receive the Scodix PolySENSE, faster than ever before. With Chicago being a main and central airline hub, delivery will be to either continent in the western hemisphere will be expedited significantly.”
Growth Continues in Americas
Last year, the company created Scodix Inc., a business entity that has already recruited a team of sales, business development, and customer support engineers based across the United States. In addition, the company has a business manager for Latin America located in Mexico City, Mexico, coordinating the company partners’ activities across the continent. The new warehouse will centrally support their activities and a growing customer base of Scodix users.
