Ripon Printers Obtains Assets of Sells Printing
RIPON, WI—Ripon Printers, which produces catalogs, publications, manuals and soft-cover educational products, has purchased certain assets of New Berlin, WI-based Sells Printing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The combined companies have annual sales of approximately $55 million.
Founded in 1916, Sells Printing was a sheetfed, heatset web and digital print provider serving the nation’s Fortune 500 clients and advertising agencies. Ranked 168th in the Printing Impressions Top 400 for 2011, Sells has won numerous awards for printing excellence.
