The Semper Workforce Solutions quarterly survey of print, graphics and packaging companies opens today. The 2023 fourth Quarter Staffing and Economic survey asks nine simple questions and should only take a couple of minutes to complete. The Semper leadership team analyzes and presents the results from a hiring and retention viewpoint. The goal is to help managers and owners prepare for the short term and forecast into the future.
The survey asks employers to look back at the previous quarter’s recruitment strategies, performance, and pulse on their outlook into the next quarter. All submissions are confidential, and participants will be sent a copy of the results in February.
The deadline to contribute data is Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Get started and enter your data HERE.
“As we look forward into 2024, trends are shifting in staffing, recruitment and business economics,” shared Dave Regan, Semper Group CEO. “We closely watch indicators and are seeing patterns that show a shift towards more talent available for both flex positions as well as direct hire as company’s needs evolve. This survey offers datapoints which industry leaders can utilize to plan and anticipate areas of growth and strength throughout the year.”
This Survey invitation is extended to all printing, graphics, and packaging companies, including commercial printing, packaging, display and large format graphics, apparel and decorating, and related organizations.
Semper’s commitment to workforce development is ongoing. As in 2023, this year Semper will once again donate $5 for every survey completed to support the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF). New this quarter, each survey participant will be entered into a drawing for their chance to win a $100 Visa gift card.
