Muller Martini’s Variable Format Pocket provides greater flexibility for the processing of varying sized jackets with minimal changeover. With a bent front wall design and fixed pocket gripper positions, the product is securely and centrally positioned between the pocket walls at all times. The inserter’s Missed Insert Repair System detects products that are missing an insert, so fewer packages are rejected and less manpower is necessary to return products into production.
