Spiral Binding Acquires Lawrence Binding Systems; Founder to Remain as Advisor
TOTOWA, N.J. – May 19, 2016 — Spiral Binding (Spiral), an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of print finishing supplies and equipment, has announced the acquisition of Cleveland-based, Lawrence Binding Systems (LBS). Founder Bill Lawrence will remain as an advisor for the successful long-term transition and integration of the company into Spiral Binding. It is the intention of Lawrence to retire after the transition period is completed.
