Spiral James Burn to Exhibit at PRINT 13

TOTOWA, NJ—August 2, 2013—Spiral James Burn (Spiral Binding) will be featuring the following postpress document finishing solutions in Booth #3931 at PRINT 13: the complete line of James Burn International (JBI) automatic punching and binding solutions, including the new and improved DocuPunch MK2), the new Foliant line of single-sided laminating solutions (Taurus 530SF, Gemini C 400A, 400T), the PDI Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx series of heavy duty table-top punching and binding machines, the Protec Mini sheet counter system (B-Matic), the Fastback 20 Tape Binding System (Powis Parker), Count creasers for digital print, and the Fujipla ALM Automated Laminating and trimming system.

The new DocuPunch MK2 (featured in the booth) now offers an icon-based digital touch pad control that simplifies setup and operation. Surpassing competition by offering variable cycle speeds and pick thickness, the DocuPunch provides trouble-free production on a wide range of stocks. Just the size of a copy machine and no special power requirements, the DocuPunch sets up in less than a minute.

Spiral will demo an “On-Demand Calendar Application” starting with a high-speed automatic punch, followed by a sheet counter, a high-speed wire binder, and then completed with a shrink wrap system.

With both the James Burn Lhermite and Foliant lines, Spiral is able to offer a complete solution for the automatic punching, binding and laminating needs of in-plant and on-demand print shops.
