Stouse Showcases Decal Offerings and More at PRINTING United Expo
At PRINTING United Expo, New Century, Kansas-based Stouse informed printers about its wholesale printing services.
“We print on any flat substrate except apparel,” Gus Rodeen, business development manager at Stouse, says. The company focuses on decals, labels, magnets, banners, calendars and more.
The markets it serves include everything from automotive and education to hospitality, industrial, craft, and food and beverage clients.
Some of its latest offerings include:
- Drink ‘N Peel Labels – a multilayered label that allows consumers to peel a promotional sticker from a can label.
- Holographic decals – gloss overlaminated for indoor use.
- Domed Pro-Cut decals – printed and coated with clear polyurethane, creating a raised dome over the decal.
- Silver BOPP roll labels – a silver sheen label with four-color process printing.
Asking about the trends they’re seeing in the industry, Lori Woodbury, director of sales at Stouse, says she sees customers reducing some of their stock levels. During the COVID-19 pandemic, customers maintained higher-than-normal stock levels due to supply chain issues. She says customers are starting to move away from that and “settling somewhere in the middle.”
Additionally, it's seen huge growth in roll label production and plans to invest in new equipment, including large-format and finishing, specifically cutting capabilities for the printed coasters it produces.
