Ronald Baker, president of US Ink, passed away February 28. Mr. Baker ran US Ink since 1994, when Sun Chemical merged United States Printing Ink (USPI) and its news ink division to form US Ink Corp. Mr. Baker’s distinguished career in the ink industry spanned more than 50 years.

Outside auditors have certified that Weyerhaeuser Co.’s U.S. mills meet the procurement provisions of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) standard.
