CC1 Inc., a provider of digital automatic register control, web video, register motorization and pre-registration solutions for the web printing market, has appointed Alex Hoppe to the position of sales engineer for its Midwest region.

Abitibi-Consolidated's Paper Retriever program is expanding into seven additional U.S. markets, including Baltimore, Boston, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Las Vegas, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The recycling program will now be in 23 metro areas in North America.
