Thomas O'Connor Jr., chairman and CEO of Mohawk Fine Papers, has announced the following organizational changes and promotions: Walter Duignan, executive vice president and vice chairman, has been appointed to Mohawk's board of directors; Kevin Richard has been promoted to executive vice president, operations, and COO; Jack Haren, executive vice president, finance, and CFO, has been appointed to the Mohawk board of directors; and Laura Shore has been promoted to senior vice president, communications.
