KBA North America and Sun Chemical have signed a three-year agreement to jointly research and develop water-washable inks, specifically Shark W ink, for KBA's Cortina waterless web offset newspaper press.

Presstek Inc. announced the addition of three new individuals to its on-press business unit. Scott Mitchell has joined the company as director, on-press consumables. Victor Wiley has joined the company as sales manager, on-press, for the western region, and Joshua Wotsch as sales manager, on-press, for the southern region.
