The NPTA Alliance (formerly the National Paper Trade Association) has named Thomas O'Connor Sr., chairman of Mohawk Paper Mills, as the winner of its annual Industry Excellence Award for 2003. The award will be presented at the association's 100th anniversary convention taking place in Chicago on October 24-27, 2003.
