Creo Inc. announced the relocation of its headquarters for North, South and Central America to a 90,000-square-foot facility in Billerica, MA. The facility will house the entire executive, sales and marketing, training and customer service team, as well as a 7,500 square-foot demo center. In other news, Creo and Xerox Corp. have signed a contract, under which Xerox will purchase Spire color servers from Creo for a period of five years, for sale with current and future Xerox high-end digital printers. Creo has also appointed Guy Spriet as corporate vice president of IT strategy.
KANSA Technology LLC has purchased the assets of Baldwin Kansa Corp. Two of the three original owners, Ron Swint and Jerry Waddell, along with Vektek Inc., have purchased the assets belonging to the original Kansa product line from Baldwin Kansa Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Baldwin Technology.

Enovation Graphic Systems has named Paul Colona as a product manager to assist Director of Product Development John Meyer. Colona is now responsible for the pressroom products that Enovation represents. Also, Phil Van Duyne is the company's new regional director for the Northwest region. Van Duyne was the general manager for Image Control Systems (ICS) until Enovation acquired that company earlier this year.
KBA North America has hired Eric Frank as vice president of marketing. Frank brings more than 15 years of experience with Heidelberg, rising through the ranks as marketing director and vice president.
John Schroer has been named to the inside sales staff of Roosevelt Paper's Cincinnati division in Richwood, KY. Schroer comes to Roosevelt from an executive recruiting firm specializing in placing sales and management personnel in the paper industry.
Printcafe Software has added Chuck Gehman to its staff, as director of product marketing. Gehman was formerly executive vice president and CTO of Printable Technologies.
Superior Printing Ink has announced the promotion of Michael Brice to the position of president and COO. He represents the fourth generation of family management in Superior's 84-year history. Brice assumes the position of president from his father, Harvey Brice, who will now hold the title of managing director.
Baldwin Technology announced that Akira Hara and Ralph Roy Whitney Jr. were re-elected to the company's board of directors at the annual meeting of stockholders. The company also announced that Shaun Kilfoyle was named Baldwin's new vice president responsible for marketing and strategic planning.
