John Duerden has been appointed CEO of Xerox Engineering Systems, succeeding Agnes Lewis, who has left the company to pursue other interests. Duerden most recently served as chairman and CEO of Dictaphone Corp. His resume also includes stints with Xerox Corp. and Reebok International.
MAN Roland has announced several personnel moves. Eric Belcher has been named the company's new CFO. He replaces Birgit Kuhn who is returning to Germany to take another position within the company. Jan Hommema is the new district sales manager for the central region. He comes to MAN Roland from Xerox Commercial Printing Division. Daniel Ross has been appointed district sales manager for the southern region. He is the former owner of Atlanta-based Ross Printing. Michael Mugavero is the new general manager, sheetfed and commercial presses, northeast U.S. and Canada, and Jon Surch is now general manager, sheetfed and commercial presses, for the southeast region.
