Survey Advantage Names Top Printers in Buyer Satisfaction for the Quarter
PROVIDENCE, RI—April 30, 2012—Survey Advantage released its Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Top performing achieved over 86 percent loyalty, average performers 74 to 85 percent, and poor performers under 74 percent.
The industry average was 82 percent, with no change from Q4 2011. The Q1 2012 results are based on 12,066 print buyer reviews focused on recent jobs shipped. Congratulations to Pro-Type Printing of Plaxton, IL, for achieving the best overall loyalty rating—with 97 percent of its customers stating they are “Very Likely” to recommend the printer to colleagues and friends. Pro-Type achieved above average industry scores through 2010 and 2011.
