Survey Advantage Releases Third-Quarter Print Buyer Satisfaction Benchmarks
JAMESTOWN, RI—Oct. 14, 2011—Survey Advantage released its “Print Buyer Satisfaction Benchmarks” for the third quarter, ending Sept. 30, 2011. Top performing printers (top third) achieved above an 86 percent loyalty rating, average performers were in at 76-85 percent and poor performers under 76 percent. The industry average remained the same at 81 percent.
Results were calculated from more than 9,400 print buyers evaluating the recent performance of their print provider. Congratulations go out to The Print Shop for achieving the best overall loyalty rating—99 percent of its customers stated they were “Very Likely” to recommend the company to colleagues and friends based on its third-quarter performance. Warren Miller’s teamhas always been in the top 25 percent, but finally took top honors.
