Respondents to the survey were also given an opportunity to recommend topics of their own. Many of the write-ins elaborated on topics suggested by the survey. Other answers ranged from "troubleshooting" to "how to evaluate printers."
"The results show that creatives are very interested in a wide range of issues regarding their printwork," states Rogivue. "Our seminars will go a long way toward addressing them. But our data indicates that there is an opportunity for printers, as well. The facilities that take the time to educate their creative clients will be the ones who win more work."
