Taylor Corp. Acquires PhotoCraft

Compass Capital Parnters is Recognized as the preeminent investment banker to the printing industry. This transaction marked Compass Capital’s 140th M&A transaction in the printing industry. Compass Capital also represented the sellers in the sales of Western Graphics & Data, Inc. of Portland, Oregon and Progressive Communications, Inc. in Orlando, Florida to Taylor Corporation.
