Taylor Corp. Buys Financial Specialist Venture Encoding

NORTH MANKATO, MN—Taylor Corp. has reached agreement to acquire Venture Encoding of Fort Worth, TX. Venture is being merged with Corporate Graphics Direct Marketing Solutions, a Taylor affiliate based in Arden Hills, MN, with the new company carrying the name Venture Solutions.

Taylor Corp. has more than 80 affiliated companies across North America, China and Europe.

Venture Encoding, founded in 1972, specializes in providing loan servicing, borrower communications and marketing solutions to large financial organizations. Among its offerings is the VentureAccess online customer care portal, as well as VentureCritical time-sensitive, business-critical services.
