Taylor Corp. Subsidiary Forges Deal to Acquire Print Solutions Division From Staples
NORTH MANKATO, Minn. — April 19, 2016 — Taylor Corp., a Minnesota-based company and one of the largest privately held companies in the U.S., announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Staples Print Solutions, a division of Staples Inc. The assets will be acquired by Taylor Communications, a subsidiary of Taylor Corp. The parties expect to complete the transaction within the coming months.

Taylor Corp. previously announced the formation of Taylor Communications under which Staples Print Solutions will go to market.
