NORTH MANKATO, MN—A struggle in the executive offices of commercial printer Taylor Corp. has led to the resignation of CEO Jean Taylor, who is the founder's daughter, and prompted human resources head Donna DiMenna to leave the company as well, several sources reported.
DiMenna said she quit after a trio of Taylor Corp. executives tried to ouster her and scale back the duties of Taylor, daughter of Glen Taylor, who is also owner of the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves. The elder Taylor, in a statement, said that his daughter stepped down for personal reasons.
